Absolute sh!te. What is the point in having the car sit that low when parked up, but having to raise it a bit to actually drive it? Never got the whole "mobile disco" lighting thing either although it's very popular for the Charvas that hang around in McDonalds drive through car parks with their Saxos, Clios and Corsas.

Jesus H Christ!!!! That's truly shocking.... The front looks uglier than Voldemort from H.Potter (Not that I follow Harry Potter I might add)

Are they colour blind, or were they deliberately trying to come up with two colours that clashed horribly? The wheels are hideous.

The responses to that video sums up everything that's wrong with society:

Thumbs up = 669
Thumbs down = 23

I think its a vast improvement on a clearly dull car, it shows style and imagination, and clearly thay can return the car to standard Ed Dull without leaving any damage or extra holes...
More to the point, that seems to have been missed, is that its a promotional vehicle for Rotiform, who are quickly becoming a force to be reckoned with in the after market world
Great job well executed, can't see what the problem is...

I might have got this sort of thing 20 years ago, but I don't know, even my 15 year old lad thinks its cack.

Nice car - ruined.
Nice wheels - ruined

It could be so tasteful with the raw ingredients. It must have been like baking a cake and you end up burning it.

Surely someone here likes their removal of the red stripe from the headlights though!

Given the state of the roads right now I'm not sure there's enough suspension travel to avoid internal injury when taking a trip to the local supermarket.

Its a show car/promotional piece! its also a promotional video for a product!   I don't think it'll be making too many trips to the Supermarket!
Also, the car is on "Air ride" so the suspension can be set at any height from inside the car
Maybe the companies involved would have been better just turning up in a bog standard car!

For what it is (a show car), I quite like it. A lot of work has gone into that.

Have to admit, somewhat surprisingly, I also quite like this, looks very well executed - clean, pure lines and a aesthetic appeal.  Also much prefer the lights without the red stripe

Lots of people seem to dislike the red strip in the lights.  What's the reason?

I don't mind it, but without it the front isn't that dissimilar from the mk6.  So you'd need something else in its place?

I don't dislike the stripe in the lights as such, but just prefer the single shorter stripe as seen in the video.  Strangely, it seems to have more impact imo.  Sometimes less is more.

Whilst you want to front to be distinguishable from the mk6, it looks like a bit of  an afterthought.  I would hate to see the red stripe disappear but it looks to me like they're running a bit low on red stripe ideas!

Yes, a shower curtain!

The stripe in the lights is missing because the standard spec in Germany, Ireland etc. has halogen lights. Not sure where else other than the UK gets discharge lights as standard.

Plus the fact the car in the video isn't a GTI, it probably started life as a GT.
