Title: Newbie from Scotland
Post by: Marshy on 21 May 2013, 22:23
Hi I'm new to the forum I've spent about 5 years on the Seat forum owning a couple of mk2 Leon's the last one being a Cupra R (basically a 2wd Golf R)
Got fed up of fuel costs and poor dealer service so changed for a mk6 gtd.
I've had it a couple of months and so far been very busy modding.
So far I've done
Stage 1 remap at sedox performance dyno'd at 210bhp
Lowered on H&R springs and dampers
Had a BCS automotive dual output dpf back exhaust.
Had the wheels refurbed and powder coated in shadow chrome
Fitted oem Bluetooth
Fitted cruise control
Fitted a gtd footrest
K&N panel filter
Coded my front fog lamps to run as drl and enabled large mph display
Painted my calipers
Fitted my R8 oil cap.

Enjoying the excellent mpg.
