Title: Mk3 GTI 16v will not start!!

Never had this before.. car is making all kinds of noises.

They seem to be coming from this pipe:

Any help/ideas would be massively appreciated!!

It also sounds like there is a humming coming from the back of the car,..

sounds fuel related as that is the fuel line and the pump and filter is at the rear of the car you have either no fuel a blockage or the pump has packed up :(

Sounds like its run out of fuel
