Title: Broke down - Cam sensor 2006 GTI

Hey guys,
Had to be recovered by the AA last night. Car kept cutting out,AA guy scanned codes and pulled up P0340 - Cam sensor.Luckily the car is under warrenty so shouldnt be a problem but has anyone else had this problem . Is it as easy as a sensor swapout? i fear not!

Let's hope it's just the sensor and not a Timing misalignment :lipsrsealed:

Just an update - faulty throttle body and various sensors  £2k! Lucky its under warranty!
