Title: gear linkage connections (gearbox end)
Post by: jamie16v on 15 May 2013, 21:48
anybody know how to remove the little rose joints from the gear shift assembly?. and i don`t mean remove from the cables by twisting and pulling the little plastic foreskin clips back on the springs...
also if anyone has one off the car, could you measure the ball joint for me please.

Yank it off. You can use a small spanner as a lever if you need help easing it off.

Theres a little metal clip on top of them, flat head to pop them of then just press them back on.
