Title: Black smoke, stinking fuel and poor mpg..

Hi guys, this is probably the 3rd topic I've put up in 3 weeks because my ibiza cupra loves to cost me money! Right so basically my car stinks of fuel from the moment it starts up to the moment I switch her off hot or cold? It's also chucking out black smoke and giving me disgraceful mpg around 14mpg? I've tried unplugging the maf but it runs like a sack of sh!t, so not sure if it could be that? Every now and again it will chuck up the p0130 and p1128 fault code... I need help lol :(

I've put a new pre cat lambda on it

Post a full scan of all control units with VCDS here....

but i'd guess it has to do with the lambda sensors since that is the first hit google gives for your generic fault code reader codes....
