Title: Quick Brake Pad fitting question
Post by: baggiemad on 13 May 2013, 19:52
Just fitted new rear discs and pads and trying to rush the job as the rain belted down,I forgot to fit the shims that fit on the back of the pads ,dozy me!  I presume they are some sort of anti-rattle shim??

Will it make the pads unsafe if i leave them off, or do i have to get my hands dirty again..  :undecided:
