Title: matrix troubles

need help installed new matrix on monday cars been fine but dam thing isnt blowing out hot air, have had to replace the thermostat as it wasnt opening and the fan switch cause the fan wasnt coming on getting abit peeved at the minute as water seems to be circulating around theengine fine but the matrix is stll cold have tried everthing i know and its full of water but its cold :S.

sounds like youve got an airlock dean, try running it with the cap off the expansion bottle and squeezing the hoses etc, or disconnect the return hose from the matrix whilst its running till water comes out then reconnect??

nah wasnt an air lock been at it for 3 days now it was dam valve lol on the matrix pipes i had one backwards :S
