I have a golf GTi MK III, it is P reg and has been chipped/mapped to a whopping 170bhp'ish  (not confirmed)
I will be taking it for a sill to be welded on next week as tin worms have eaten the the nearside sill and I have the service to do, cam belt, oil, plugs, rotor arm, distributor cap and so on. I have also taken loads out of it and have bucket seats to go into it along with harnesses, these are just a matter of fitting, however I have to replace the suspension as one of the coilovers on the car is knackered.
I was looking at getting GAZ GHA coilovers for it but just wanted to know what you guys think would be a decent buy and fit.
I have a max budget of £550 so lets keep it real please.

There are a ton of different threads covering the various options and pros/cons of cheap coilovers v expensive and standard struts/lowering springs, if you use search you'll find a wealth of info on this subject.
