No money?

Someone will have springs on here for sale.

Lowering springs or standard and they will be cheap!

So change springs in couple of hours, job done

Should be able to bag some standard springs for next to nothing as they often get binned.

I don't know where you're located,  but if you're local to Bath, I have a set of brand new 20mm lowering springs you can have for free.

Im gonna get some from a place local to me today at some stage. I want lowering springs like 20 or 30. The car would look stupid if it not lowered. 30/50 is too low at the front.

What about the power steering pump anyone know about that? It leaking is that an MOT failure?

Yes if the MOT man notices its leaking it will be a failure.
And yes i think they are all the same.

Sh!t loads on fleabay.

So i decided to stick it through the MOT first befor i bought any parts and well it failed as expected but he didnt notice the broken spring or the leaking power steering pump.

heres what it failed on

Steering gaiter - split - nearside front
Brake pipes - corroded/pitted - offside front

Should be easy and cheap to fix right?

A few safety related issues there personally i'd sort the broken spring first as thats dangerous and then ask myself if i should take it somewhere else for the retest , the idea is find out whats wrong with it after all.

Yea youre right i still need to fix it, im not driving it atm anyway till it gets sorted.

Im from northern ireland its different here the only is a few test centers and thats all they do is MOT's you cant really take it somewhere else, they dont normally miss sh!t.

So either my mechanic is talking sh!t or the MOT man dosent have a clue, i dunno.

There's nothing on that list thats very difficult to sort out.
