There's a lot wrong with that!

If someone was asking £13k for a Golf2 I'd want it to look finished, too!

The exhaust comes out behind the front wheel? You spend all that money and don't bother with a custom exhaust? Strange.

I know they've obviously stripped it out to save weight but with that much power is it really necessary to leave out the dash ffs?

Leaving the dash out is a silly thing to do - there's so little weight in it and it usefully supports so much stuff and means you have ventilation etc etc.

If it had been properly prepared it'd have 5/6 point harnesses on proper mounts not a 3-point harness on the rear seatbelt mounts.

Aside from the engine and maybe the rear suspension it doesn't look to have been done properly.

Could be a nice car when the loose ends are sorted out but for £13k I would it to be spot on and ready to go.

To be fair I wouldn't really expect there to be any "loose ends"  on a £13k mk2!

dosent say a lot for storm developments if they built that.

clocks just plonked on top of the steering colomb and a rabbel of wire - just shouts can't be arsed

fuel filler inside the car , i mean really who the hell with half a clue dose that  fuel fillers go on the OUTSIDE otherwise one littel slip when filling it up stinks the car out i mean you've built a fully forged engine how much more effort would it have been for a bit of pipe and filler  and your going to be filling it OFTEN with that tank

rollcage hoop  A bar  right in the way of your knee.  - that would boil my piss

the rear brace bar hasent even been painted -  thats shouts really cant be arsed

the exhaust - again really track car  littel bird says that'll fail the npipse test

it's a bloody drag car
