Cant find a defo answer on here so thort i would just ask

S reg (although logbook ses 1999?)
1.8 20v turbo

Bosch super 4   510  ok?
Gtx 5w 30 ok?

I personally would go to your local TPS and pick oil and filter up from there. Use a proper OE filter and 5w40 Synta platinum oil.

For plugs use NGK PFR6Q. They are the platinum plugs

It will have been registered before March 1999 which would still be s reg.

As for Super 4's they'll be fine to use.

Bosch super 4s are fine mate for the AGU as for the oil i would get dealer stuff  i believe the grade now is 5w- 40... 10-40 would be fine too i ran 10-40 in my AGU and ran bang on :wink:

Am trying to make use of stuff i have left over lol i have 3 super 4s a 4lt of gtx 5w 30 (all new)
