Morning all is there a way to remove air pump thats under engine it sometimes sounds like a jet engine .i know it can be tightened up to solve this but id rather take it off altogether thx
-
You can remove it completely along with the EGR valve but you will need to fabricate or buy the (overly expensive) Forge blanking cap
-
It is expensive for what it does, but lets be honest so are most 'mods'
make sure you use the right resistors
-
Very expensive to say you can make one in about 4 minutes
-
Has anyone got the dimensions to make a blanking plate ?
I want to do this but Ideally have the plate made ready to swap over to save time.
-
There isn't really dimensions as such
Just remove it draw around it on some metal cut it drill it and away you go

It's not quite as simple as that is it? I thought the forge one had a recess and o-ring to ensure it seals properly?

Can't remember perfectly but I think I cut it out and used a sealant.
