Title: seat ibiza mk2 gti seats in a mk3 golf
Post by: vdub88 on 18 April 2013, 00:07
I read somewhere that these have been fitted with no mods required. Seats are from a 3 door and my mk3 is also a 3 door. Any help with this please guys...is this true?

As far as I'm aware the mk3 subframes are unique to that model only (i.e no other vag seats are a direct fit?)

plus the ibiza uses the polo chassis so I can only guess the mount points will differ?

oh the only thing you might have a problem with is the seatbelt clasp might need swapped over as the golf one is straight ad the ibiza one is bent and catches on the centre console
