Title: wipers wont turn off!!!!!!!!

Hello guys.  My brothers windscreen wipers won't turn off on his 1.8T AGU, he's had a electrician & changed the stalk .
We just changed the wiper motor & they still won't turn off. Any ideas what could cause this?

Remove the plastic under tray from under the drivers side of the dash, belive its one of the relays under there?
