i'll give that bloke a call tomorrow and verify his claims and Audi as they seem more willing to discuss mods than VW are.

there are two types of this, the standard corrado G60 flywheel or the above mentioned VW OEM SHARAN VR6 SYNCRO PRESSURE PLATE , the above mentioned VW OEM SHARAN VR6 SYNCRO PRESSURE PLATE  is good for up to 360bhp according to the seller and the corrado is good for up the 260bhp according to seller

Well thats good to know then as I've got the mk3 vr6 pressure plate so will see how fast I burn through that then will try one of these.

Lol, yes I know mate but if your going to do it you may as well do it properly! Like your learning! This build has been going on for a long long time but think ive finally got to the stage where i'm happy, got all the bits I need and want.

Once the key is sorted will give it a few hundred miles to make sure everything is all good then will be the trip to Rtech and see what this thing can do

You sure the earths are bolted back onto the gearbox?
May be the reason it wont start if its not been put back on?

Is it flashing immobiliser activated on the dash?
Happened to my project today and I left it charging with the ignition on for an hour and it stopped flashing and let me start it!
Just something you could try
