Title: New turbo fitted now no power and black smoke

Basically a mate has a 1.9 tdi (Audi) and the turbo blew up so a new one was fitted and driving out of there, there was plums of black smoke and its like there was a struggle for power.... And when you try to push thru it its pinking
A couple of the injectors have been changed but still no joy!!

Any one help??

The VNT actuator set up incorrectly? Boost leak?

Get it scanned see if it throws anything up  :undecided:

All pipes fitted properly? Actuator may need setting up too

Had a new turbo on my 130 and the actuator is apparently set from the factory..... :whistle:

Maybe even something as simple as some of the vac lines plumbed into the N75 and various other valves incorrectly?
