18's are too big for a mk3, they'll look daft.

Yeah not easy fit and look silly. What is the et?

But seen some aired out mk3 on 18's and they look great. Especially the 3sdm wheels

Major work to fit and they look too big on a mk3, 17"s is the biggest really.

they are 3dsm Concave ones 8.5j, and its no hassle for me to roll the arches in my spare time, would they look to big on it?

Yes plus the tyres are too big, have seen a couple running 215/35/18's and even then they have clearance issues, the wheels tend to rub on the rear beam as well.

I would at least put them on and see what I got to do to make them fit. Small tyres is a start lol love them rims!

Will fit if you bring the tyre size down a bit. Say 205/35.
