Title: Golf MK3 Door Wiring Removal

Hello everyone, i am breaking a golf mk3 1.9d and i don't know how to remove the wiring of the doors i can see that there is a block connector on the frame (under the dash for the front) but i can't figure out how to remove it  :embarrassed: . Can anyone give me a bit of advice ??

Pull away the concetina rubber sheath from between door and frame.
Oh yeah then you will see a big retaining knob, undo that and should come apart.

So when i do that it will free the block connector and it will come off with the door ?

Just unscrew it from the plastic huge nut bit on the door

Just unscrew it from the plastic huge nut bit on the door
