Title: No alarm sounds

When my alarm goes off all that happens is my lights flash. Surely there should be a siren. Also when I lock and unlock there's no sound is this a job 4vagcom?

The doors locking beep needs to be turned on via vagcom , but your alarm should sound when set off. You sure the siren is plugged in? It's under the scuttle panel behind the wiper motor

i dont know what you have under your seat mate but it wont be an alarm siren!

not 100% sure i am afriad , mine works ok so never had to mess with it, just noticed the siren when replacing h/brake cables

no that's something todo with lambdas .ive found it .it was under scuttle  ive had it on friends vagcom today and that's only fault found (no communication)so I need a new siren  :cry:wonder if its dear from dealers?
