Title: The Masters
Post by: scarr89 on 11 April 2013, 21:52
Who's watching then?

Found a good stream if anyone is interested - http://www.viplivesports.eu/golf/147906/1/masters-round-1-live-stream-online.html

I have planned my weekend around golf, beer, F1 and curry, very excited!

Would love to see T Wood win! Hoping a European wins it though, Sergio is looking good!

Shame Tiger has lost his way in the last round

Westwood isn't doing much better though

The greens are rediculously fast, even since the shower..

Everyone is struggling.

Shame about woods and his 2 stroke penalty! IMO it is just silly, and Guan being penalised also, what a joke! Tiger hasn't had much luck this weekend though, which is a shame!

Woods really should have disqualified himself, might have redeemed himself somewhat!

Standard of golf is rather poor for a final round

Still the back 9 to go though.......

SRSLY?

If you were in the that situation, largest tournament of the year, still in with a chance, would you chuck your self out?! He isn't playing illegally now! All fair and square. Stupid ruling if you ask me though. It was a member of the crowd that noted if for christ sake!

It's the rules and he took advantage of them, makes a mockery of the tournament

He knows what he did through his own admission, yes, we might have all tried to 'get away with one',Torres does it all the time  but the etiquette of golf and football are very different!

I don't see that particular example as a mockery of the tournament. He was punished, and left to continue play, nothing illegal about what followed afterwards so I thought it right he should play.

Haven't the rules changed recently, with the direction in which you can drop and how far back etc etc, the rules are complicated enough I bet he didn't think anything of it.

Don't get me started on football
