Title: Milltek Fitted to the 4mo Drop in MPG

Alright Loons not sure if its just me have read somewhere my ecu just needs to adapt but lost about 5mpg on average in town and on a run was not long fitted but was worried might be the maf..... but i dont think so due to the car running fine... ANyone have any input on this? heard i should dissconect the battery for 5mins and sometimes that helps....

I'd put money on it being your driving that is responsible for the drop in mpg, heavier right foot because of the noise

Check for leaks as a leaky exhaust will make u loose mpg

Mine came with catback miltek so dont know if is a diference :lipsrsealed:i would put down to driving too tho.

 What was your mpg before getting it fitted. You would felt power loss if was maf

isnt there oxygen and lambda sensors?  :undecided:

There are two lambda (O2) sensors, one pre-cat, one post-cat. They rarely fail though.

The Lambda sensors are fine I will just see how it goes....
