Sweet looking car but it does seem a bit pricey to me, but volkswizard always seem to be imo.  :undecided:

I think thats overpriced considering its missind the rear wiper, tailgate decals and has the wrong centre cap on one of the pirelli's and its not a campaign!

I don't normally surf the forums but sometimes I do feel the need to respond when people question the accuracy of items on my web site;
Justin - why do you state that it is it not a Campaign?

BTW Drew Waga has accepted it as a Campaign for the Campaign Register but we are all waiting to hear why you know better...

If Drew has confirmed it then I stand corrected. The fact that it hasnt got a tinted Sun strip on the windscreen threw me. Apols!!

Reckon that it looks pretty god-dam good to me!!!!!  :grin:

Think that the price definately reflects the fact that the guy loves his motor  :embarassed:

GOOD WORK THO!

no mk1 golfs were fitted with a tinted sunstrip as standard only green tinted glass.
by the way a lovely car and worth every penny in my opinion

Looks like it has all the Campaign features to me! Mine has blue top tint windscreen (as well as being green tint windows) It was an option, so some will have the top tint and some wont but it's not a way to confirm a Campaign or not.

Otherwise, it has the leather trimmed wheel, tinted glass, 7mm P-slots, correct fuel cap, gear knob....looks like one to me - looks damn tidy too and if the underside and engine bay are as tidy as the rest of the car too I think a fair price. :wink:
