Fair play to him I say! He's obviously compelled to go to extremes in order to get his point across. Hes been let down by his dealer, and VW UK on what is obviously a factory fault. I'm sure we've all been there, and I for one am becoming increasingly disillusioned with the service from VW as a whole.
Ok there are exceptions, but they seem to be very much in the minority at the moment. Maybe a good shake-up at the top, to bring these franchisees into line would be a good thing!

The sad thing is that VW's no longer have the quality they used to have, as with a lot of other manufacturers they are putting profit before quality.

There's a bloke nr Bridgewater who bought a nearly new s-class merc for proper money a few years back and it was a total rot box.. he's still got it parked out on his driveway with a huge banner in front complaining about merc's customer service.
