Title: pd 150 engine change

so i sold my much loved golf 150 tdi to a mate and sold it with the cams and clutch goin but he has never botherd fixin it and now the injectors are gone car wont start so im told but i want to buy it back it was dam fast wen i had it was remaped but im wondering am i beter off getin a new engine for it rather than tryin to sort all the bittys how straight forward is it to change engine over? hmm and also i feel it would be rude if i didnt include a few stage 2 mods if i wer 2 change the engine lookin at the dark side clutch turbo and manifold boost pipes anything els that i would need for stage 2?

S3 IC and some decent hard IC pipe work. I will be buying the entire Darkside kit as and when  :wink:

A good clutch will be the main thing if you intend on a bigger/hybrid turbo. Next on my list  :lipsrsealed:

A good clutch will be the main thing if you intend on a bigger/hybrid turbo. Next on my list  :lipsrsealed:

Full Darkside kit for me too after I've fitted my air ride :)
