Title: will 205-40-17 rub rear arch

HI ALL IVE JUST GOT A SET OF 178" TT WHEELS 71/2J WITH AN OFF SET OF 32 WILL 205-40-17 RUB ON THE ARCH AS THE 225 45 17 RUB LOTS
MY 8V HAS BEEN LOWERED 40MM ALL ROUND

hi mate ive got  17in tt wheels on my mk3 lowered 70mm
no arch mods
with 205 40 17 tyres
just dont go any wider and stick to 40 profile and you will be ok
