Title: Powersteering

Hi all, my powersteering system decided to explode on me on the M3 today. now i have to try and trace the leak. are there any certain weak points within the system?

Fill it up with fluid look underneath for were the leak is did u loose all the fluid when it happened if you have been running the system with no pas oil ur pump is toast as the shaft snaps but the pulley still turns but no pumping action replace pipe first then if u get no assisted steering ur pump has siezed
