Title: Need VAG COM help in the north west!!

Was wondering if anyone in the north west or more specifically Lancashire has VAG COM who could help me

My gtd was involved in a minor head on collision into the back of another car  :cry:

Now when the parking sensors are activated (in reverse or by pressing the button) the screen on the RCD510 does not change to the car and there is just a long beep for around 5 seconds. The front or rear sensors do not work now.

Now is this a technical issue or would I need a new front parking sensor?

Also if a new parking sensor was to be installed, would it need programming at all?
