Who runs a rear brace on here? I bought this last week to cut up and make a surport for my tank but it looks that good I dont feel right cutting it so interested to hear if they make much of a difference as I might just bolt it on as it is.

Where does it go exactly??
Can't picture it!
-
Across the back of the rear seat.
-
So it basically makes back seat action ready for bondage
-
So it just screws to the seats??
-
No. Like this.

Thats the UniBrace one, The one I got looks to be a copy of it at about 1/4 of the price
-
Doesn't look like it would do much to me :undecided:
Looks like it would do the. Than then the rear stray braces and a lot of people say they don't so much.
-
Yea like I say I bought it to help with an idea I have for the tank. But I done a bit of reading up on the one above and they seam to get good reviews.
-
Don't take my word religiously but I would say it would t make a noticeable difference
I would say stick to your original plan
-
ive got one of these fitted makes a world of difference same as the unibrace without the stupid price.
-
i am still saying back seat bondage
-
Never seen these before can you still get the rear seats up? i presume you can? cant see them doing much but a nice cheap easy little mode i guess?
-
No. Like this.

Does anyone have a link to where I can get 1 from ?
-
Which one for? The Raceland copy or the very expensive UNibrace?
-
Type in unibrace and it will come up for the red one. Think there round £200.
That one I got can be got off eBay. Make an offer
-
If you want to lob me some measurements I can get some knocked up on the lazer.....
-
Would look cool if you didn't have rear seats
Doesn't look like it would do much though

I would defo be up for 1 if u can knock 1 up m8
-
Ive already left it round with my mate the get some made up. But I'll get him to do a different design on it tho.
-
How does it work and what exactly does it do?
-
Looks likes its supposed to stiffen up the shell but you would be better making a half cage in my eyes.
-
These have been proven ask the R32 boys they love them.
-
hmm quite interested in one of these. there are copys of these on ebay from germany
-
So is it similar to a rear strut brace?
-

Seem to have put the price up now they was £39 delivered
-
scene tax already
cant see how that could stiffen up the rear at all
-
They have been up in price since about a week after they appeared on eBay. I'd been watching it for weeks. Make an offer, I did and go it for less.
-
It's alloy and not very thick at that, the red one looked coated in something but for £200 I bet its not alloy
-
Get just a RARB instea? Can you even use your rear seats if you have this thing installed?
-
Or the full under chassis brace for the rear
-
Since installing mine, I get no creaks from the back and back end feels a lot tighter when cornering.
-
Can you still use the rear seats when it's fitted?

I have never had creaks from mine... Probably cause my diesel engines drowns out the creaks!
