Title: Rear brace.
Post by: SI74 on 25 March 2013, 20:52
Who runs a rear brace on here? I bought this last week to cut up and make a surport for my tank but it looks that good I dont feel right cutting it so interested to hear if they make much of a difference as I might just bolt it on as it is.

So it basically makes back seat action ready for bondage

Post by: golfyste on 26 March 2013, 12:01
So it just screws to the seats??

Looks likes its supposed to stiffen up the shell but you would be better making a half cage in my eyes.

They have been up in price since about a week after they appeared on eBay. I'd been watching it for weeks. Make an offer, I did and go it for less.

It's alloy and not very thick at that, the red one looked coated in something but for £200 I bet its not alloy

Since installing mine, I get no creaks from the back and back end feels a lot tighter when cornering.

I have never had creaks from mine... Probably cause my diesel engines drowns out the creaks!
