Hi
I Have a Golf MK4 1.9 TDI (AGR Engine CODE), For me to pick up speed, i realy have to take it to 2,500 RPM, then shift gear and so on.
I am thinking of like making it pick up speed alot quicker, so i dont always have to cane it to get it upto speed. I know that the AGR engine is only 90BHP, So its nothing special.
Is there way to gain more power/torque.
How about a DE-CAT/ ECU remap to about 105/110 BHP. Is it possible?
I dont want to go really extreem and start placing front mount intercooler/bigger injectors and stuff.
Any suggestions??

Doubt you will see much difference, dare I say it probably isn't even worth it :undecided:
A de cat will give you a small amount of power and probably a noticeable amount of torque, and may increase MPG.
A remap would help, not sure how much though.

Yeah i'm going to de-cat it and then prob give it little re-map. Hope it makes a little difference. Not after much power tbh

where are you based? if your in essex i can load a blacksmoke remap onto it to bump it up a little. then you could possibly fit a turbo from the tdi110 (straight swap) to give you a little more poke
