Checked the level recently?
-
yeah theres plenty of oil its baffeling me
-
can you see marks on the underside of the cam cover where its been hitting? A rattling flywheel is often mistaken for chain noise, particularly when it gets warm
-
yeah there are marks under the cover where the chains been hitting it ill try that wheel thanks

Done a bit more research into this as its baffling me! What's your engine code and the part number for the tensioner you fitted? There's 2 different tensioners for non-vvt and vvt engines. Also found out this could be a symptom of a worn oil pump or blocked pick up pipe.

hi the engine is aum and the tentioner is the orinagal been checked working fine the oil pump is new and new oil and pipes have all been blown through its pickling my head
