Title: blow off valve

hi chaps im new to all this so bare with me..

iv just brought mk4 1.8 t (ARZ) and i want to fit a dump valve but not sure on the type what s better?? abov or recir??

buy a forge 007 or 008 they dont like atmospheric dump valves only recirculating 1s  :smiley:
