Title: Service indicator
Post by: Luke1981 on 21 March 2013, 04:27
I purchased my PD150 last August from a family member. They had it serviced last March and no service indicator has displayed on the dash yet now 12 months has passed.

Is the service indicator warning light governed by time or mileage?

p.s the car has only done 6k miles since its last service.

Thanks

Couldn't tell you. Just reset and do the services your self at least every 12months, simples.

pretty sure it's on mileage only (10k).

It just flashed up the other day as luck would have it!
The car has done 102k miles and I have a K&N panel filter and recently changed the pollen filter.
Am I right in thinking only the oil and filter will need changing?

I change oil, air and fuel filter at every service.
