right, so I have removed the GOLF sign at the back of mine and there is still some very slight glue residue, is it safe to use Isopropyl alcohol or did anyone use anything other than WD40?

Heat it up and rub off with your finger. There a run over with a polish will lift the rest.

I just used polish then gave it a quick buff   :smiley:

I used white spirit on mine, came off pretty easily :wink:
