Title: Idle Issues with my 140 TDI (interesting findings??)
Post by: popey on 17 March 2013, 21:09
It seems I have the common problem of the rough idle when the engine it warm.

However I have noticed the idle is much smoother if the car is on the level (not stopped on a hill or even slight gradient). I also noticed its slightly helped if turn the air-con on.

I have spend a few days reading up on this, various forums but non of the above as been mentioned (hill or air-con).

Any thoughts?
