Title: mk3 sdi injector removal

any 1 advise me best way to remove injectors from mk3 sdi?

Loosen both ends of each pipe and with an open end spanner spin injector body side to side. Once spinning fairly free you can pull on the NUT NOT THE PIPE while spinning and they'll slowly come out. If not, pull the fuel pipe off the fuel filter and then remove the injector pipes. Place a board over the top of the injectors and turn the engine over. Should pop them out.
