What hybrid is it?
I know beach buggys hybrids have k04 size Inlets so a k03s tip won't fit.
Plus if the hybrid is aiming at nearly 300hp then the cr tip is to restrictive

you will need a ko4 tip and you will need to reroute the water pipes from the block.

I'll be giving this one a go when I finally get my hybrid on my car.

http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/BLUE-BADGER-5-SILICONE-80mm-K04-TURBO-INTAKE-PIPE-TIP-S3-TT-LEON-CUPRA-R-/120956148183?pt=UK_CarsParts_Vehicles_CarParts_SM&hash=item1c298c59d7

80mm all the way through to the turbo. Comes with a nice shiney turbo inlet adaptor that'll fit your hybrid as long as it uses a K04 comp housing. People on the audi forums rave about them.

Can't see it being much different as they both are 3" to the point it reduced as the turbo  :undecided:
