Title: Mk2 golf gti 16v indicator problem!!

Hi i own a mk2 golf 16v, my indicators have packed up. when you signal the light illuminates on the dash but stays on, and non of the indicators work. Hazards dont work either.
 Dont have a No21 relay on my fusebox unit. Any ideas?

Relay check then wiring/earths.

As the mk2 dash and buttons are so square, mk3 stalks look odd on them.
