Right, it's a 16v. I've changed oil, oil filter, spark plugs, ht leads, dizzy cap, cleaned rotor arm terminals, coil pack, rocker cover gasket, coolant, rad. Car still feels a little lumpy when started cold.

Replace vac lines, Breather Pipes.

Mines had pretty much the same work done and mines kinda lumpy when cold. I think the next thing to do is clean the TB and then get it re-aligned.?

In my experience of ABF lumps they all tend to be lumpy when cold.

my abf was very good when cold, when the temperature was getting to 70 it had less power than 1.4

yeah clean the TB and clean the breather hoses too (only get a new one if it's leaking - its like 50 quid for the complete one, and the difference will be neglibible) also spray som tb cleaner in both holes where the breather hose is attached :)
