I've been thinking of things to do for a charity that will help raise money and awarness For the charity
I'm thinking of getting my car wrapped pink and attending a few shows with the idea that people would see a bright pink car and walk over and see what the hell is going on ( bright pink golf mk4 different )
and hopefully make small donation, take information and make people aware that its not just your day to day charities that need support
the charity in question is called Brainstrust
http://www.brainstrust.org.uk/
brainstrust is a UK based brain cancer charity, dedicated to improving clinical care for brain tumour sufferers and providing co-ordinated support in their search for treatment. We provide support and advice at the point of diagnosis and beyond, by updating treatment, improving care and, ultimately, saving lives.
What are people's thoughts on this mad idea of mine
comments welcome and any information people have to help me set this up would be great
cheers

Sounds like a good idea...
Seen a MK4 sprayed pink round these parts and tbh it looks real naff then again the paint job/colour ain't the best, the pic you've uploaded looks a lot better and just shows if its done right then it can look
Good Luck!!

like the idea of raising money for charity, however i have seen a few pink cars not raising money for charity, i.e at UD at the weekend there was a bright flourescent pink RS4 i think it was or A4 estate? so personally think that youde have as much chance raising money just putting your car in shows and having a charity bucket next to it.
also wrapping cars can be expensive...

unless your a girl bad idea imo

unless your a girl bad idea imo
no self respecting girl would drive around in that (and I am one)
If it's for charity though (and temporary) ....go for it.

I would of thought the cost of wrapping it against the money you would raise wouldn't be alot different. Unless your getting it as a freebie I'd be tempted to put the money from the wrap straight to charity. Maybe start a sort of light hearted collection for people to pay you not to wrap your car pink. With the money going to charity lol
