Title: MK4 2l GTI Strut Brace
Post by: Winniee on 12 March 2013, 19:16
Hi guys, just bought this strut brace and wondered how it fit?
I always thought it went on the bolts from the suspension and nut over the top to keep it in place?

I can only get to 1 on though and that's not going to work..

Any help appreciated :)

the only way to fit it is drill through the struts.

I remember putting one on old Punto GT and it went through the top bolts.

You'll have to drill the strut towers and bolt it on

I was thinking of putting it on now pre convertion..
Sounds easier to do when it's all in bits.

Cheers guys :)
