just rebuilt my K03s and snaped the shaft to the turbine wheel  :sad:

Funnily enough I've got a spare K03s turbine sat next to me.

Got one on the way cost me £65 low
Was running sweet till I over tighten the nut

sh!t! would have let you have mine for half that! Your gonna probably need to get it balanced too mate, just sent the internals from my homemade hybrid to turborebuild.co.uk to get mine done. Around a 3 day turnaround for £50

The turbo cost £50 and the upgrade rebuild kit was £55 and
now the turbine and shaft at £65 so much for a cheap turbo  :sad:

just the turbine+shaft, compressor wheel, nut and thrust collar. I know the parts I got were supplied balanced individually, but I really don't want it to be a little bit out and explode as I'm still crossing my fingers that 0.5mm is enough clearance for the compressor wheel in its housing.

When I get the new turbine and shaft I will send it with the compressor wheel nut and thrust collar
to turborebuild.co.uk to get balanced
