Title: a strange one !

Oks last night i was dropping one of the lads off at home, before i set off i turned the rear demister off and of you could hear the engine tone change (i.e more/less labored), so i switched it back on and tone changed again and switched off  it changed again etc etc ?!?! is this normal wouldn't have thought it drew a lot of power.

It does draw a lot of power and is normal, its pratically a short circuit across the rear screen

my headlights dim if i let off the revs  :undecided: same issue with anyone else?

Yep totally normal the bulbs receive 12.5v when the car is moving then drop to about 11v when idel totally normal and my car also does it :)
