Got this on the way home from work

Soon went back down to 30mpg once I was clear of the traffic lol

That is some frugal driving mate best I saw was 45 .

It hovered around 49/50 for a while, once I over took the car in front and toed it up a hill it soon dropped, but I agree never got 50 mpg

Was just thinking that :grin: only four times I think I've ever had or nearly had a full tank! Once my brother borrowing the car, once going on holiday, once when I drained some muppet who had just filled her MK4 TDI from empty to full with petrol so I used that and finally when I had a huge load of veg oil.
