I've just sent them this email
Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to sort out an issue I am having with two orders I have made from you and also regarding your extremely poor customer service online and on the phone.
On the 7th of February 2013 I made an order (213220) for a drive belt which was the wrong size. I sent it back and sent via email proof of postage. I have received the refund for the postage however nothing for the drive belt. Where is my money? I was told it had been refunded to me already last week, still nothing on my paypal account.
Another issue is regarding order 208659. I sent back a pair of Bosch windscreen wipers which I got a refund for both the items and the postage, however within that order I also received a pair of handbrake cables which were wrong. I sent them back and received a refund for the items but not for the postage. I was told via the live chat that you only refund one postage return per order, this is ridiculous, of the £6.55 it cost to send the handbrake cables I expect £5 of that back, as I know you refund up to £5.
7/10 times I've spoken to your customer service representatives via the website have been extremely slow to reply and answer my questions. I won't even mention the phone service. I am currently waiting to speak to an advisor and it has taken 55 minutes and counting on an 0845 number to get from 4th in line to 1st, and I fear I won't get through as my phone has started beeping from low battery. This is disgusting representative behaviour. I will no longer use your company as it is shockingly poor service. I rather pay a few pounds more and buy from Euro Car Parts, who provide much better and quicker service.
If you want to get in touch with me on xxxxxxxxxxxx to sort out the refund for the postage on the hanbrake cables and for the drive belt that will be much appreciated. I will try to contact an advisor via the web chat again (it keeps saying no one is available, it's Monday afternoon, you're open).

My phone ran out of battery at 56 minutes while I was first in queue (first for about 15 mintues :rolleyes:).
Use ECP which I've never had a problem with. Carparts4less are just a bunch of tools, constantly send the wrong parts and never resolve issue efficiently. I feel like sending them a parcel with some sh!t in it.

Open a trade account with ECP, get stuff way cheaper than CP4L anyway, get them delivered to your door or the job you're working on.

I took in some headed paper but I made that myself.
Was/am in there or phoning all the time or parts and I have stacks of invoices so may have been more lenient.

I do enjoy winding up the cold callers though. They sound horrified when I tell them about the gruesome accident I wasn't in back in 2010, where I lost my testicles and my I prolapsed :grin: :grin: :grin:

I ordered parts last week from them, I ordered SKN hubs but the ones that came where SKF. Not happy and sent a email straight away and got a reply the next day, asking to send pictures of said items.
I take it they cant do this sort of thing? I only bought them because I was told that SKN are the people that make the hubs for VW.

Cheers for the link, hadn't seen that. I'll only be buying from GSF and ECP from now on, carparts4less have gone beyond shocking.

Yeah, can't fault their customer service on here which is partly why I started the thread. I could have spent ages on the phone or in store trying to resolve it.
