Think it depends on if you can get 98ron without travelling out of the way to get it!

Where I live I have to go 5 miles  out of my way to use optimax / 98ron (only running a 16v)

Only put 91 ron in if you really skint the 6/7p difference a litre between 91/98 optimax can make all the difference if you see what i mean. A vr6 will choke up faster on 91 and get less mpg in the long run, quality fuel that's what u need go for 98 optimax.

Where's the vr6 boys when you need em ..

91?!

I've found I get better mpg with 98ron, with the plus side of extra cleaning properties of Optimax, you get more bang for your buck.

i normally use optimax in my 8v, but have tried the BP super unleaded CR*P ( was not impressed) the car felt like it was mis-firing. could not wait for the tank to finish so i could fill up with OPTIMAX

OPTIMAX FOREVER!!!!
