Title: knocking noise please help!

Hope someone could shed some light on this. When i release the clutch pedal i get a clonk sound . I sat in the passenger side while a friend was driving and could feel the knock in the passenger footwell. Could this be a mount or possible driveshaft problem? any help greatly appreciated .

Sounds like engine mounts to me.

Possibly the gearbox mount.
