Title: distributor oil leak

hi guys, my j plate 16v is leaking oil from the dizzy and leaks into the cap , does it need a new one or is there just an 'O' ring i can change ? ?

this is an annoying one as the o ring you need is a half size, and not easily available so you need a new dizzy really. mines been leaking for about a year now :grin:

feck buying a new dizzy for the sake of an o ring!!!

try and get the o ring size and i will 99% be able to get you one either through some1 at my work or ill order one from bsl, infact ill do a bit of home work now as im bored......

why go paying £60-90 for a dizzy when an o ring will cost you no more than 20p... madness!!

If I know you can change just the 'o' ring then thats what ill do :D
