Is it possible to change the trip metre and fuel consumption to metric IE kms and lts, on a mk5 gti

With the highline MFD yes, such as those that come on the ED30 as I can change mine even to American?!?! As far as I know this is only possible on these displays but presume it may be something that can be swapped out using VAGCOM. Pm Rhyso as I know he is playing with more and more MK5s.
