Title: Engine cover decals
Post by: Ginge 35Edition on 19 February 2013, 14:34
Hi All, you may recall some time ago I had my engine covers painted on CW and my mate was going to do some decals, well after three months of me nagging him he finally fitted them today. They look absolutely brilliant in the flesh so I hope these photos do it him justice:-

Thanks, I'm really happy with them, he's done me loads of spares so if I want to change the colour theme I can. I've stuck with the chrome theme for now as it ties in nicely with the chrome Forge caps.

Looks really cool. Been toying with the idea of doing some thing about the cover. Definitely have a go now having seen this.

Im very tempted to do this on my golf and smarten it up a little bit.  Pretty good that you can remove the cover and work on it as well.

Blimey, that looks well smart and tidy. I only wish I could provide your detail to my baby, as she deserves. I topped up the fluids today and, after looking at the bay, thought that I should really give her some TLC
Would your mate be interested in providing more ?

Cheers, I used my supernatural carnuba glaze yesterday for the first time in ages and was quite impressed afterwards, the only thing I don't like is it doesn't leave theming work feel silky to the touch, but then I guess who spends time stroking their car anyway!?!?

Giving mine a good clean tommorow, despite the 1 degree forecast.  6 weeks since last clean, it's in a sad state
On the wax front........CG Butter wet wax or Colls 915, decisions, decisions
